Well it's been just under a full day, and I'm already completely in love with Brussels. It's rainy and disgusting (so, Europe in the winter) and completely fabulous. Here are a few pics from my first moments here:

Brushing up on my french skills with a little bit of light reading. I'm currently sitting in the office listening to everyone speak French around me and feeling slightly inept. I can't wait until I'm forced to immerse myself and chatter along with them.
Not the greatest pic, but the view outside my hotel room. Everything is just so quaint I can hardly stand it.
The only downside of Europe- weird food. Who wants runny eggs on their chicken? No merci.
