The Jort Report: Sunday Social # Whatever

Happy Sunday!! Hope everyone is having a great end to a great weekend. We've spent the day watching Wimbledon, doing laundry, and avoiding the rain. So exciting! I could not be happier that we decided to head to Florida for the 4th because Atlanta has been rain city, and it looks like there's no end in sight! It better be nice by Friday because it's my birthday AND Beyonce day! Bey day, if you will.

So here is this week's Sunday Social topic- vacations!

1. What is the best trip you've ever been on?

All of them! I have been really lucky to travel a lot since my dad is an airline pilot, so I've been able to visit a lot of places. That combined with the whole long distance scenario has put me on a LOT of flights in the past 25 (almost 26!) years. I can't decide on my favorite trip, but one that has been really special to me was definitely when I studied abroad in France. My college roommate and I went to Greece, and after I studied abroad I went on a solo trip to Rome!

During my study abroad experience, we went on a weekend trip to the Cannes film festival, which was absolutely amazing!

2. What is your best idea for a girls weekend trip?

Well now that I'm in Atlanta, I love a girls trip to Chicago (also known as me flying to Chicago to see all of my friends, which I'm doing in a few weeks)! I also really want to plan a girl's trip to Nashville soon.

3. What is your best idea for a couples trip?

Anywhere tropical where you have to do nothing but eat, sleep, drink, and swim. BF and I went to Cancun last fall, and it was so relaxing and wonderful. We're tying to plan another trip for this winter.
