In college, I started really getting into design when I decided to minor in Visual Communication. I have never been an artist- I struggled with studio art classes, especially. I will always maintain that the course I spent the most time and effort on throughout college was Ceramic Wheel Throwing, and I got a B minus. In pottery. Luckily, I did much better in my design, color theory, and graphics classes. I've been perusing design blogs since then, classics like Design*Sponge and Apartment Therapy (honestly, does anyone NOT love Apartment Therapy?) But one of my favorites is none other than the Design Darling herself, Mackenzie Horan. Fairly recently, she opened an e-commerce site and I've become obsessed. I seriously want everything on it.
