It's Friday, and it's sunny, so I can't really think of a better way to kick off a weekend- besides getting the Family Jetta back tonight- FINALLY! It's been awhile since I've taken part in a 5 on Friday, so here we go!
1. The Land's End Getaway Tour: kicking off this weekend at Atlantic Station. I received a media alert for this the other day and what can I say? The words "Traveling Beach House" are pretty much the way to my heart. Here are the key features: Free stuff from Glamour Magazine, Swimsuit fittings and advice from style expert Kendall Farr (and God knows I could use some help with my swimsuit game!) and gift bags from Random House Books. I'll be there, so say hi if you stop by! Hours are 11am-5pm.
2. I've been waiting for Lauren's wedding photos to be ready since pretty much before the wedding. I'm SO excited to finally see them, and in case you weren't convinced, she is actually the prettiest bride that has ever lived. Here is my weekly request: PLEASE MOVE BACK xoxox.
3. One of my favorite bands ever, Atmosphere, released a new album last week. It's like their 10th album or something ridiculous and allegedly the last one, which gives me the sads. This song is my new jam.
4. As y'all know, I'm obsessed with my home state. Idaho is seriously the most interesting place, because there is SUCH a weird variety of people. Super liberal people, and SUPER SUPER conservative people. But I am SO proud of my little state right now, for pushing the equal rights. As a lot of you know, gay marriage is near and dear to my heart, so I'm really pleased with this outcome.
5. My boss just told me about this awesome thing called SUP Yoga. It sounds like "Hey, s'up, yoga?" But it's actually Yoga on a stand-up paddle board. Obviously I will do this, and report back.
