5 on Friday- Why is it raining again?

It's been an absolutely gorgeous week, so of course Friday rolls around and its cloudy/rainy. Harumph, as they say in Archie comics. I guess I'll survive though. This week has been insanely busy per always, but I am transition in my role at work, which is super exciting, but very exhausting. As with everyone in the working field these days, I feel like I'm doing about three people's jobs- but I can't complain. Being busy helps me stay productive. Whoa- that was so positive for me to write in the morning- must be my 6am yoga class today!

1. We all know how I feel about my Mean Girls paraphenalia. Did you see my instagram of the incredible present my boss gave me yesterday? It seriously made my week. 

My #ATLbff Mal is headed to Coachella next week and has been doing some serious Etsy shopping- a few weeks ago she came across Thinking Gallery, my new favorite Etsy find. These are my must haves, obviously:

2. As of yesterday, my Fall Eurotrip is officially booked! I'm going on a 10 day extravaganza through the Mediterranean, ending up in Paris. Could there be a better vacation? Let me answer that for you: NO. I'm meeting my parents in Nice, and from there we're headed up through Monaco, northern Italy (I'm coming for you Lake Como!), western Switzerland, and then over to my favorite place in the entire world- Paris. 

Five months from today, GET ME THERE NOW. 

2. Tis the season for new Lilly dresses. I'm obsessed with this new Print- She's A Fox (duh). When this goes on sale, she will be mine.

4. Other things I've had my eye on- these Ray-Bans. I hate spending $$ on sunglasses because I'm not very nice to them. I throw a LOT of crap in my bags (laptops, ipads, water bottles, 47 chapsticks/lipgloss at any given time...so I prefer to go with the $10 BP kinds from Nordstrom. However, I've been wanting a pair of Ray-Ban aviators forever and I tried this blue mirrored pair on a few weeks ago...and let's just say the sun never sets on a badass. Unfortunately my budget is on a little hiatus thanks to the plane ticket, so maybe next paycheck...or five.

5. Washed Out has been my jam this week. Seriously, check out my Spotify. Or maybe don't because I think there's a solid amount of Carly Rae Jepsen on there, too. But this song in particular is really taking me back to summer road tripping with my best friend Ingrid, headed to the beach with the sunroof open in my 1991 maroon Subaru Legacy...AKA the golden years. Speaking of sunroofs and Ingrid, I'm headed to LA next weekend to see her AND I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT WAIT. My plans include the following:

1. Beach

2. Aforementioned sunroof down roadtripping (she always lets me DJ- what a saint)

3. Hopping of the plane at LAX with a dream in a cardigan
