Mirrored Furniture : Trendy, Tacky, or Timeless?

The move that I've been obsessively talking about for the past few months is finally less than a month away, and I have become obsessed with finding the perfect living room furniture. One thing that keeps jumping out at me is mirrored furniture. I think one or two pieces could make the urban, loft-y space really nice, but I'm also afraid it might be a little tacky.  What do you think, internet friends?

Here are some of the pieces I've been eyeing:

Hamilton Console Table $171- Wayfair

Hamilton Side Table $179- Wayfair

Mirrored Coffee Table by Threshold- Target

Mirrored Column Accent Table by Threshold- Target

Faceted Mirror Side Table $199 - West Elm

What do you think about mirrored furniture? Good in moderation? Just plain cheesy?

  3. We are a retailer of mirrored furniture, and I can certainly confirm that it is becoming increasingly popular. One thing I always point out to our customers is that you should take extreme care when attaching drawer handles and the such like. One slip of the screwdriver, one turn too much, and crack! Nasty!
I'd love to hear what you and your readers think about our range of mirrored furniture at http://www.modernfurnitureandlighting.co.uk/product-category/mirrored-furniture/
    All the best,
    Stephen
