Pintrest Fitness

Somehow I manage not to be a total Pinterest-aholic like I should probably be.  Seriously,  I LOVE social media.  I'm basically obsessed with Vine (post on that to come, I'm sure)! So the fact that on *most* workdays I can get through without even logging onto Pinterest is pretty impressive, I think.  Whenever I'm researching something though- new haircut, nail color for an after work mani, recipes for dinner- I always find my way over to Pinterest for inspiration.  And in the Spring, what is basically the #1 thing on every girl's mind?  "OMFG I have to wear a swimsuit in public soon". When I moved down to Atlanta, I didn't join a gym right away, mostly because I'm trying to save $$.  But also, there's a small gym in our apartment complex, and the weather has been so nice, I can just run outside.  But since it's clearly time to step up my game, I wandered over to Pinterest for some workout ideas.  Here are some of my favorites:

I've done this a handful of times on a yoga mat on my living room floor while watching PLL, and I must say- I was SORE the next day.  I love anything that I can do from the comfort of my living room- that ups the odds that I'll actually do it for sure!

As we all know, Lauren Conrad suddenly can do no wrong in my mind.  It's hard for me to accept, because she was literally the WORST on Laguna and the Hills, but I absolutely LOVE her site, so I'm slowly forgiving her for hooking up with Justin Bobby. She has some great workout tips and recipes on her site.

I haven't tried this yet, but I know I should!  Maybe this week...it IS Monday, after all!


Another good one- I just wish I could keep up with something for 11 weeks!

Whenever I have a new favorite song/album it's a lot easier to run because I'm so excited to listen.  This list has some great favorites from last year.  I'm working on a list for my favorites of 2013- to come later of course.
